Weigh in

Loss - 800g  (1.7lbs...sounds better in pounds :-) )

Not great but it's a loss.

Workouts are getting better and more regular, but I'm feeling very hungry..time to start tracking everything I eat again to bring in some bigger losses.

    1. Thanks Magda. I'm just impatient but need to keep reminding myself of where I was (or what I weighed) four weeks ago...you need to get your digestive issues sorted and you'll be right. It will make a huge difference. x
